My Background
It all started with a really mean supervisor, daily tears, and a book called, "Your Erroneous Zones". Once I read this amazing book, the tears stopped falling, the bully lost her power and my journey in self-development began.
The power of the mind is extraordinarily endless, and I have spent over 20 years collecting tools that tap into its power. I've spent several years coaching people to overcome obstacles, reach their goals and become their best selves.
And, now, I include hypnosis.

create the life you want.
Equipped with the right words that support and empower, you are are capable of going from where you are now to where you want to be.
We grow by doing and taking purposeful action. And the action must be in alignment with who we want to be. It is the journey that is what makes us who we want to be, so when we get to the goal, we will already be ready to receive the benefits.
The reality is: haters exist and always will. Critics, distractors, energy zappers and negative people will watch and criticize our every move. I have learned, created and used techniques that show how to effectively deal with those who put us down, ridicule us or just pretend to support us. They might not go away, but you can take away their perceived power over your energy.
And that's all they really ever had - perceived power.
